This paper provides a narrative review of older person protection policies in Thailand and global countries in order to enable policymakers to timely respond to the changes of disruption. Thematic and content analysis were adopted by using data that were collected from peer-review references and were conducted during 2012-2022. Inconclusive legal framework is considered as a serious threat to the successful functionsof social protection regimes. Preferred conditions on this matter are recommended.
